Is it possible to sue my team?

So I play for a baseball travel team and the team roster is 18 players. Currently i have not been receiving adequate playing time compared to everyone else. I am usually sitting out of the game more then anyone else. almost every game I am benched while the same players play every game. I've paid $7,000 and so has everyone else and everyone receives more playing time. I feel like it is a scam. The money is non-refundable and I was just wondering in what ways can I sue them to receive my money back?
