Am I a hypocrite or just paranoid?

You are a hypocrite AND paranoid. And it is easier see the faults you possess mirrored in other people than it is to deal with it within yourself. Take responsibility and deal with the most important person in your life (YOU) before you move forward and dump your problems on someone else.
