BIH Studios ( Breaking into hollywood) is it a scam?

I Live in Las Vegas, Nevada and i went to this place called BIH studios and i was wondering if anyone has ever joined them or have deal-ed with them, are they a scam. Do you have any references i can look at or search from people that actually became sucsessfull at acting with BIH studios help .
