How to seduce a Pisces man when not in a relationship?

I like him...and hes a Pisces man so he knows it...he is extremely flirtatious and if you have the experience you know what he can do with his eyes and non verbal expressions...he sets me off on purpose and makes me so jealous it is annoying!
