from what u said, i believe she actually likes you. though she said she wasn't interested to your friend, she was lying. i am a girl so i would definitely know. she just isn't comfortable with saying it until she is sure about your feelings toward her. also, she probably doesn't find you as attractive as the other guys she dated before so she doesn't want to tell anyone in fear of what they might think. but actions speak louder than words. and she definitely likes you judging from her actions.
