Is this car sale a scam?

This lady is selling a Bugatti Veyron REPLICA for $2,600. She claims it was her husbands and she ended up with it after the divorce. $2,600 just seems to good to be true. I spoke with her to confirm the price and she says she just has no use for it. Now the reason why I believe it's true is because I am sure it is hard to sell replicas as you would want to buy the real thing not a replica. I looked at a website that sells brand new replicas of this car and they had them listed at 26,000. This car is 3 years old and has 994 miles on it. Is this a scam or is she really just trying to get rid of it?
