I haven't received my Family Force 5 bracelet from the online store?

So about 1 week and 1/2 ago I bought a bracelet from a bands online store. The band is Family Force 5. So, I haven't received it yet & I emailed the contact email, but they haven't emailed me back... So now my mom thinks it's a scam.. & it's not -.-' Soo anyways, I don't know what to do now! My mom won't let me buy anything else from there.. So next time should I use paypal just in case or? I dunno....
