Is google giveaways legit?

I went to my google account and it said I could win a prize if I did a survey... Is it real? It was called giveaways and it looked legit in the google theme. It said a select few are randomly chosen? It had terms and regulations and everything and the survey was three questions. I could win an apple iPad, MacBook air or iPhone... I'm on my itouch is this real or a scam?? Please help it looks real!
