LIZARD HELP :( !!! can it get into my bed??!?

i found a lizard in my dorm i put it under a tupperware but i accidentally got its tail off but as we all know they don't die if they're tails are chopped off!! anyways i left for 6 hours and its alive and i don't know what to do with it. my biggest fear in LIFE are snakes and im not usually scared of lizards but im freaked right now. im scared only if it gets into my bed and crawls on meeeeeee :( :( what if there are more lizards in my room :'( this one isnt scary i see them all the time in uni around trees, its 2.5 " long and thin and beige in color. i need to sleep tonight!!!! im so paranoid that if anything touches me i think its a lizard crawling on me ewww i know they are harmless and eat the ants and insects and i also heard eggshells keep them away but i don't have any eggs right now. please help what should i do with mr. lizard that's still in my room and if his buddies are too without me knowing :(
