Eggshell = Pink egg white?

i fried an egg and i noticed a tiny area of pink in the albumen after cooking. i have looked around online and found that pink egg whites can be a sign of the presence of bacteria, however the area in question had been split by a fragment of shell which was still lodged in the white and it appeared as if it had stained the albumen. is this possible or was my egg bad? the rest of the egg had no pink colouring.
