Help paypal scams, im apparently responsible even tho i had nothing to do with it?

ok so i'v been away for a week on a little vacation and my facebook got hacked. the hacker scammed a bunch of people and know they say im responsible. i dont know anything about this, can paypal give there money back somehow ? thanks.
